22 July 1495: Precept by Robert Lundy [Lundie] of Benham [Benholm], son of John Lundy [Lundie] of that iIk knight and of Isabel Frostar [Forrester] his spouse, for giving sasine of the lands of the Tullowcht of Benhame [Tully of Benholm] to Isabel Erskin [Erskine] daughter of John Erskin [Erskine] elder of Dun, conform to charter of sale thereof granted her. At Montrose. Robert Lundy's [Lundie] seal and his father's are entire. Two other seals lost. Note:- Subsequent Writs show that the grant to Isabel (or Elizabeth) Erskine was made in contemplation of her marriage to Robert Lundy [Lundie].
