Isabel Hamilton was born circa 1529.[2]

A contract for the marriage of Isabel Hamilton and George Seton, 5th Lord Seton was signed on 2 August 1550.[3],[4]

She died on 13 November 1604.[2]

She was the daughter of Sir William Hamilton of Sorn and Sanquhar.[1]

From 2 August 1550, her married name became Seton.
