From Deseret Evening News (Salt Lake City, Utah) - Thursday and Friday, January 18 & 19, 1906: An unusually sad death occurred in this city yesterday afternoon when Mrs. Isabel Ball Ure, wife of J.W. Ure, Jr., passed away at the home of her mother, Mrs. Phoebe Ball, a victim of neutritis. Mrs. Ure was a native of this city, where she was born a little more that 33 years ago. She spent the greater part of her life here, but four and a half years ago moved to Ogden with her husband. Mrs. Ure was one of Ogden's most estimable ladies. She possessed a sweet, kind nature which endeared her to all who were fortunate enough to have made her acquaintance. She was a member of the Ogden tabernacle choir, in which organization she will be greatly missed. On the choir's trip to Portland Mrs. Ure accompanied them, enjoying the outing very much, but soon after its return was taken ill and has gradually grown weaker until she was summoned to meet her God. Her life was beautiful, pure in thought and in action, and had a pleasant encouraging word for everybody.
The deceased is survived by her husband, her mother, a sister, Miss Amy Ball, and three brothers, James R., Ezekiel, and William Ball.
Funeral services will be held at the Third ward meetinghouse in this city on Saturday at 1 o'clock. The burial will take place in Ogden.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Feb 27 2020, 14:12:22 UTC
