Isaiah Condict

Note: This newer headstone has misspelled the family surname, as it was Condict, not Condit. Isaiah's father, Nathaniel Condict (of Peter/Phebe Dodd:: Peter Condict ), is misspelled on a newer gravestone as Condit;the original surname was Condict as on the older headstone and in church records of the First Presbyterian Church of Morristown, NJ. Isaiah's father, Nathaniel Condict, is found @ FAG memorial # 76359014: Nathaniel Condict and names his wife as Abigail Winds (dau. of Gen. William Winds). This conflicts with the Condit Family Assoc. genealogy book (by it two Condit authors who indexed nearly all as Condit), and says Nathaniel Condit m. Abigail Wines. This is believed to be a typo in the books, as there is research showing Nathaniel Condict was the husband of Abigail Winds, a dau. of Gen. William Winds. Further Nathaniel married twice, first wife was Sarah Coe (of Benjamin Coe of Morristown).
