About Ivo Leonard Fell
On Monday afternoon, a motor car, driven by Mr Thomas Henderson of Hamilton, collided with a bycycle ridden by Mr Ivo Leonard Fell, aged 32 years, stonemason, of Hamilton, youngest son of Mr W.J.Fell of Casterton. Mr Fell was thrown violently when he crashed into the car. He was admitted to the Hamilton and District Base Hospital where he died a few minutes after admission from severe head injuries. Mr Fell was employed at Mr Holden's monumental works and was married only fifteen months ago. Mr Henderson was cut about the hands, but after receiving attention, was allowed to go home....An article in "The Horsham Times" dated 11 Oct 1939.
