Translation by Dorothy Woloszczuk of record posted on FB Genealogical Translations group on 16 Feb 2020: "It happened in the town of Karczew 9th July 1842 at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Appeared the Jew Majer Rochman , tenant ,age 36 residing in Stary Wies and in the presence of witnesses the Jews, Izrael Bas, age 50 and Daniel Bok, age 55, both synagogue sextons residing in here in Karczew and showed us a male child born in Stary Wies on 30th June this current year aT 7 o'clock in the morning from his wife Ryfka, age 30. The child during circumcision was given the names Izrael Mordka. This record was presented, read out to the witnesses and signed by us only as the declarants are unable to write."

Note: Izrael Mordka's birth was registered on the same day when his mother Ryfka passed away - about a week after birth.

Translation by Monika Kucal of record posted on FB Genealogical Translations group on 16 Feb 2020: "place: Karczew date: 15th April 1844 at 11 a.m. / witnesses: Izrael Bas, 50, Daniel Bok, 55, both shammes, residing in Karczew / deceased: Motek Rochman, 1 year old, son of Majer (residing in Stara Wieś) and late Ryfka, died on 14th April current year at 5 p.m. in Stara Wieś village."
