Jacob Atnip was born in KY, moved to TN, and was living in Warren Co., TN by 1828. He married 1826-1828 in TN. Jacob was living in Hamilton Co., IL, in 1830. The next move was to Wayne County MO, between 1846 and 1850. In 1850 in Wayne County, MO, a Jacob Risenhooover (born c. 1866) and a Jacob Risenhoover (born c. 1806 & probably Rachel's brother) were living with Jacob and family. Jacob was living in Hamilton Co., IL, in 1830.
