Jacob Exl

Jacob Exl arrived in the U.S. on the ship "Weimar", 21 December 1902, about six years after his parents and younger siblings emigrated. He indicated that he was from Budapest and en route to Cleveland where his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Moritz Exl, were living at 43 Orange Street. In 1910, he is seen living with his parents in Cleveland:

When he registered for the World War I draft on 12 September 1918, Jacob Exl indicated that he was born on 26 February 1874, that he was a naturalized citizen of the U.S., that he was a farmer in Solon, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio, and that his next-of-kin was his wife, Mary.
