About Jacob Freas

Came to America in 1723 and founded Friesburg, and Frisburg Lutheran Church.

Found this clipping that shows a Jacob Fries on the ship St. Andrew Gally. If it is the same Jacob Fries, he would have come to America in 1737 as opposed to 1723.
