Jacob Meeker

Jacob & his family [parents & 7 siblings] emigrated from NJ to Luzerne Co., Pa. in 1787, as documented in the Susquehanna Co., Papers, which survived & were published. He is in the Luzerne Co., Pa. 1790 census [parents household] & his own family household , in both 1800 & 1810. He married Elizabeth Updegraph [listed on their son Aaron's death cert. of Bloom Twp., Fairfield Co., Ohio]. They had 9 children: Aaron [1795], John [1797], Charles [1800], Delilah [1803], Abigail [1805], Nancy [1806], Elisha [1809], Elizabeth [1817] & Charlotte [1819].
