Killed at the Stanton
Jacob Schwab, of Newtown, well known to this community, was squeezed to death yesterday between cars at the Stanton mines where he was employed. He was about 50 years of age and leaves a wife and large family to mourn his loss. He was a brother-in-law to Councilman Valentine Schuyler.
