He died 15 June 1938 in Kremlin, Garfield County, Oklahoma.

Moved to Oklahoma in 1901.

RECENT DEATHS
VOTH – A two-day illness Wednesday claimed the life of Jacob J. Voth, 68, prominent farmer of Kremlin community.

Funeral arrangements have not been completed, pending word from out-of-town relatives. The Brown Funeral Home is caring for the body.

Voth was born in Russia, and came to the United States with his parents when he was 9 years old. The family lived first in Nebraska, and then moved to the farm near Kremlin, where Voth lived until his retirement several years ago.

He was a member of the Mennonite Brethren Church at North Enid.

Voth is survived by his wife, three sons, Jacob A. and Peter H. of Kremlin; and C.J. Voth of Enid; a daughter, Mrs. Anna Thesman of Kremlin; five brothers, Abe, Peter and Henry, all of Dallas, Ore.; George of Enid, and John H. of Owassa; and a brother-in-law, P.H. Berg of Hillsboro, Kans.

Kremlin
Mr. Jacob J. Voth, 68, a pioneer resident of Kremlin, passed away Wednesday night at his home after several days illness. Funeral services were held Sunday morning at the Mennonite church and burial was in the church cemetery.
