Jacob Vreeland (16) and his wife, Antje Lourense Tours, had children: 63, Elias Vreeland (155), who lived at Stone House Plains, Since he had his grandfather's name he was probably the older son. Lea Aeltse (Van Riper) was probably his wife, as they had a son, Gerrit, born February 5, 1729s and the Elias Vreeland who married Christina Thiese was evidently another person. 64c, Johannes Vreeland (149) born 1713 (Nelson and Gen, Mag. of New Jersey,, vol, 1, #3), He married Gouda Easterly and died July 28, 1797, He married when he was past sixty years of age. His wife died March 16, 1833 aged more than eighty-eight years. They lived In the old stone house at Passaic, His will, which mentions four children, is dated May 20, 1796 and was proved January 20, 1798. Abstract of Wills 9, page 394.
