acob A. Yarolim Jacob A. Yarolim, age 26, of Maquoketa, Iowa, died on Sunday evening, June 18, 2006, at his home in Maquoketa, Iowa, following a brief illness. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, June 22, 2006, from the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa, Iowa, with Chaplain/Celebrant Rev. Ruth Ann Scott of Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa officiating. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 P.M. on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at the Carson & Son Funeral And Cremation Services in Maquoketa, Iowa. Cremation Rites will be accorded following the visitation. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, Iowa. Jacob A. Yarolim was born on September 11, 1979 at the Balbo Naval Hospital in San Diego, California, to Douglas Yarolim and Renea (Den Herder) Yarolim. He was a 1998 graduate of Maquoketa Community High School. He married Tabitha Joy Davis on June 27, 2003 at the United Church of Christ in Maquoketa, Iowa. Jacob had worked a summer job for the Maquoketa Care Center from 1993 to 1995. He then worked at McDonald's from 1995 to 2001 in Maquoketa as a cook and then earned a promotion to assistant manager. From 2001 until present, Jacob had been working as a machine operator for Dynamic Tube, Inc. in Maquoketa. Jacob loved fishing, especially fishing for Walleye's on the Mississippi River. He also loved his family, hunting, reading, his computer, working, the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers. Jacob is survived by: his wife- Tabitha Yarolim of Maquoketa, IA; children- Brittanie & Karter, both at home; his parents- Douglas & Renea Yarolim of Maquoketa, IA; triplet siblings- sister- Amber Yarolim of Maquoketa, IA, & brothers- Andrew Yarolim of Maquoketa, IA, & Austin Yarolim of Clinton, IA; his maternal grandmother- Joyce Den Herder of Maquoketa, IA; brothers-in-law- Chris(Amy) Davis of Lost Nation, IA, & Nick Davis of Maquoketa, IA; & a special nephew- Dalton Davis. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents- Dale & Edna Yarolim, & his maternal grandfather- Merle Den Herder.
