James Anderson

He was born circa 1767 and died circa 1841. He is listed with his parents on the 1776 Harford Co., Maryland tax census (posted to his father's memorial) and is age 9. He is included in his father's will of 14 April 1821 and its probate in 17 August 1824.

He married Priscilla Israel and they had the following 6 children according to the files in the Cornerstone Genealogical Society in Greene County, PA.
Charles (born 1793), Priscilla (linked), Sarah (m. Mr. Burnett), Josiah (m. Priscilla Sharpnack), Thomas (married Mahala Shepherd) and James Jr. (married Amelia Randolph).
