At Canonbury, London, on Saturday, Nov 8th, Mr. James Cock, formerly of Truro, to Miss Emily Woollcott, daughter of the late W. Woollcott, Esq (Royal Cornwall Gazette, 14 November 1862)

Scans of the index entries for the of Emily and James can be viewed here via Free BMD: http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/information.pl?cite=TaLEkHoDTyrOzFiKZ... and here https://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/information.pl?r=34711644:0719&d=bmd... - spelt "Woollcott". Dec 1862 Islington 1b 460; Woollcott Emily;
Dec 1862 Islington 1b 460; Cock, James.

The actual marriage certificate (certified copy) shows James, bachelor, 29, railway clerk, of 5 Barnsbury Square, son of James Cock, builder, and Emily Woollcott, spinster, 18, of 5 Richmond Terrace, daughter of William Thomas Woollcott, actuary, married in the Register Office in Islington. Witnesses are Benjamin Stokes May and Esther Ann May.

The FS entry of the marriage registration is somewhat curious, as it shows two other people not mentioned on the marriage certificate. (?)
Marriage at Islington, Oct-Dec 1862; witnesses Betsy Burton and Henry Charles Jeffrey. "England and Wales Marriage Registration Index, 1837-2005," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:2DVC-MVW : 13 December 2014), Emily Woolcott, 1862; from “England & Wales Marriages, 1837-2005,” database, findmypast (http://www.findmypast.com : 2012); citing 1862, quarter 4, vol. 1B, p. 460, Islington, London, England, General Register Office, Southport, England.

The Ship Inn.
"... the ‘Ship Inn’ (later the ‘Victoria Inn’) was a wrestling Inn with bouts taking place on Caribee Island, later the fairground field and Moorfield." - http://cornishstory.com/public-houses-and-taverns-of-truro/
Unfortunately the building is now gone, Victoria Place non-existent (probably Victoria Square?), and Moorfields now a multi-storey car park. According to the historian from the St Austell Brewery, "The Ship Inn was in Victoria Place, which is down between Calenick Street and Victoria Square in Truro centre, probably located somewhere around the Malletts/Costa area." This area can be seen here: https://goo.gl/maps/pvFtjoA6Qs72.
