Children from Margaret's first marriage include Anna Johnson, b. 1892, and Raison T Johnson, b. Dec 1893. However, no contact with these children after divorce from Jim. Children from this marriage include Islay Mae Davis, b. 1898 d. 1975 and Duncan Clarence Davis.

M. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. G. L. Ingram, assisted by the Rev. F. M. Cannon. Burial was with Masonic rites in Pine Grove cemetery. He was survived by two children, Mrs. Ernest Moore, of Pageland, and Duncan Davis, of Lancaster; and by the following half sisters and brothers: Mrs. May Gardner, Mrs. Bessie Griggs, Mrs. B. T. Teal and Mrs. Fred Miller and Messrs. Hoy and Leo Davis, of Roanoke, Va."
