James Drane

The entire "Drane" story is highly suspect and essentially undocumented.

No Dranes reported aboard the "Ark" or "Dove" or any other ship to the New World prior to 1638. Documentation is sketchy at best prior to a (James) Anthony Drane who lived in Prince George's County, Maryland, c. 1656 (believed to have been born there) to 27 March 1723 (death, documented).
