Nov. 15,, 1887:: Mother Ellen dies 8 months after her husband. The homestead at Lot 27,, Conc. A is left equally to sons James and Wiiliam. James,, who at this time,, already owns property,, sells his half to Samuel Faulkner in June,, 1888,, for $200.00 while William sells his half to Noel Rivers in April,, 1888,, for $400.00.
