I James Rafferty being in my sound mind do hereby make this my LW&T. I give unto my wife Mary all of my Real Estate to have & to hold the same until her death. Also all my personal property. All of my said real & personal property now lying & being in the town of Pleasant Prairie in the Co of Kenosha & State of WI.
