He married Palma K. DiFebo and had a son, Kenneth L. Rice, married to the former Nancy Tuscano, Oak Hill, Va. Also two grandchildren, James J. Rice, married to the former Melissa L. Stanley and Alicia L., wife of Kris K. Southwick; a great-granddaughter, Chloey Isabella Rice.
Retired from Heritage Chrysler Plymouth in Alexandria, Va.
