Please change the approximate death date on James H. Simpson. Champ Ferguson was dead by October 1865. Therefore, he couldn't have killed Mr. Simpson any later than that date. I do not tell you this fact to be critical, but to help you firm up your timeline on Mr. Simpson. I hope this tells you when his family might have moved.
