24th Oct 1813: On the Baptism record of his son george at Clapham Holy Trinity church in Lambeth. "George Third son of James and Diana late D Pitt a spr" Wallis. Abode listed as Acre Lane(s), Jame's occupation listed as a labourer. Birth date listed as 28th Sept 1813.

8th May 1816: On the Baptism record of his daughter Harriet, at St Leonard's church Streatham, Lambeth. he is listed as the father James Wallis, his wife is Dinah Pitt. Abode listed as Brixton. His occupation listed as labourer. Birth of Harriet is listed as April 13th 1816.

9th Jan 1820: On the Baptism record of his son John at St leonards's church Streatham, Lambeth he is listed as the father James Wallis, his wife Dianna late Pitt. Abode listed as Brixton Hill. His occupation is listed as a labourer. Name listed as "John 4th son". Birth listed as 2nd Dec 1819.

9th June 1822: On the Baptism record of his son Charles at St Leonard's Church Streatham Lambeth. He is listed as the father James Wallis his wife Dinah late Pitt. Abode listed as Brixton Hill and Jame's occupation listed as a labourer. Birth date listed as 17th May 1822. Name is written as "Charles 5th son".

In 1837 on the marriage certificaet of his daughter Harriet, he is listed as a labourer.
