• He was admitted to the hospital due to shell shock after the Civil War.
• Death Certificate signed by J.S. Leisure, MD.
• Dr. J.S. Leisure attended him from October 18, 1917 to July 25, 1917.
• Abe was a patient in the Mental Hospital for 8 months & 7 days.
• Ref.#2 - living with his parents at age 21.
