I James Webber of the parish of Corfe in the County of Somerset Yeoman do make and ordain this writing to be and contain my last Will and Testament ffirst I Give and bequeath unto my Dear wife all that my Dwelling House Garden and appurtenances thereof belonging situate in the parish of Heathfield in the said County to hold to my said Wife for and during her term of her natural Life and from and after her decease I Give and Devise the same Premises with the appurtenances unto my Executor Hereinafter named his Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns for ever also I give and bequeath unto my Dear Wife an annuity [?] yearly [?] or Sum of ten pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid her for an during the term of her natural life by quarterly payments by my Executor hereinafter named and I also Give her such part of my household ffurniture as she shall think proper to take for her sole use and benefit also I Give unto my Daughter Mary Axford widow Sixty pounds and to her Daughter Betty Axford ten pounds to be paid by my Executors in twelve months next after my death and in case the said Betty Axford shall fortune to die before she shall attain to the age of twenty one years then from and immediately after the death of the s^d Betty Axford I Give the s^d ten pounds unto the said Mary Axford her Mother Also I Give unto my Son in Law Samuel Payne Sixty pounds and to his son James Webber Payne ten pounds to be paid by my Executors in twelve months next after my death and in case the s^d James Webber Payne shall fortune to die before his shall attain to the age of twenty one years then from and immediately after the death of the s^d James Webber Payne I Give the s^d ten pounds unto the s^d Samuel Payne his ffather also I Give unto my Daughter Ann Webber One hundred pounds to be paid her by my s^d Executors in twelve months next after my death and lastey all the rest and residue of my Goods and Chattels Real and personal estate and effects of that nature or kind sooever and wheresoever I Give Devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto James Webber my Son his heirs Executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I the said James Webber have to the my Will put my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty two James Webber {LS} Signed Sealed Published and declared by the Testator to be and contain his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have set our names as witnesses in the presence of the said Testator and also in the presence of each other Thomas Virgin Francis Hawkins Joseph Allen 1782

This Will was proved at London the eight day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty two before the Right Worshipful Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws and Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury by the oath of James Webber the son of the deceased and sole Executor named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and [?] of the said Deceased he having been first Sworn by commission duly to administer
