Hello, I have started doing some research on my childrens fathers side.They were Deans. Aaron Thomas Dean and Mary Jane Dean(Moss)? My info says that James Floyd Bradley b.Nov.20,1901 in Sharp County Arkansas and died July 5,1975 Walnut Ridge Arkansas.He married Ida Ross.James's father was John Bradley Jr.,his mother Elizabeth:Lizzie"Layle..Bradley Jr's father and mother was John Bradley Sr.and Jane Dean. After Bradley died Jane remarried a Piney Bill Adams.Jane or her mother Jane is burried in the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Bristow OK.The story goes that when she went back to OK.she had enough Indian Anestry to qualify for the land grant that the government had in place at that time.I am having a time trying to find what tribe she was from. If you have any info on this i would like to share it with you.I have pictures of the Bradleys if you would like me to send them to you.
