Jane Brown was born in 1677 in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Her father was William Brown and her mother's name was Sutton.

She married John Rogers before 1699.

Her husband died in 1761.

She died September 20, 1769 in Newport, Rhode Island and was buried at Common Burying Ground, Newport. [4] Her FAG page has both date and place of birth and death and a link to her husband's.
