Janet Agnes (Jessie) Golder (1839 - 1880) was born in 1839 in Scotland. She died on 20 Feb 1880 in Wellington, New Zealand. She was buried in Mount Street Cemetery, Wellington, New Zealand. 

Janet was one of the pioneer sisters of our community entering into the St Mary's Convent, Wellington order in 1856. She was received into the congregation on 21 Nov 1861 and was professed with two others on 21 Nov 1863 as Sister M. Alloysious Joseph Golder.

Sister Alloysious died with typhoid fever on 20 Feb 1880.
