Lady Janet Stewart married, fourthly, Patrick Ruthven, 3rd Lord Ruthven, son of William Ruthven, 2nd Lord Ruthven and Janet Halyburton, Lady Dirletoun.[2]

She married, firstly, Alexander Gordon, Master of Sutherland, son of Adam Gordon and Elizabeth de Moravia, Countess of Sutherland, circa 16 June 1520.

She married, secondly, Sir Hew Kennedy of Girvanmains before 1532.

She married, thirdly, Henry Stewart, 1st Lord Methven, son of Andrew Stewart, 1st Lord Avandale and Margaret Kennedy, before 1544.

She was the daughter of John Stewart, 2nd Earl of Atholl and Lady Janet Campbell.[1]
