JEAN SIMSON

According to the Fasti of the Church of Scotland, Jean Simson was born 5 July 1735. She married Doctor John Moore, M.D., author of Zeluco, and was mother of Lieutenant-General Sir John Moore., the hero of Corunna, She died in London on 25th March 1820. Fasti VIII: 400
