Marriage

Jean Stewart married Hugh Halcro of that Ilk. Hugh Halcro of that Ilk and her father entered into a contract of marriage on 12 January 1615 and Hugh Halcro of that Ilk agreed to infeft his future wife in the liferent and the heirs of the marriage in fee of certain of his lands on the island of Rousay, including the island of Eynhallow.
