Jeffrey Justin Willingham,55, Clarksville, Tennessee, passed from this life January 20, 2009. Jeffrey was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma, on October 26, 1953, to Harold A. Willingham and Charmaine Joy (Oaks) Willingham.

After graduating from Charles Page High School, he joined the U.S Army and made a career of serving his country. While in the Army, Jeffrey received the Army Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Joint Service Campaign Medal Army Achievement Medal and the Overseas Service Ribbon. He also received the Air Force Commendation Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Driver Mechanic Badge, Armed Service Unit Award, Air Assault Badge, Southwest Asia Service Medal, and the Saudi Arabia Kuwait Liberation Medal. Jeffrey retired in 1992. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Charmaine Willingham.

Jeffrey is survived by daughter; father; sister; brother; two grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services for Jeffrey will be Thursday, January 29, 2009, at 1:00 pm in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Snyder, Oklahoma. Full military honors will be provided by the Fort Sill Honor Guard. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service of Sand Springs, Oklahoma
