Jemima Harriet Howard entered the Middelburg Concentration Camp during the Second Anglo-Boer War along with her mother and siblings. Jemima was aged 18 years old when she entered the Camp in May 1900; Jemima left the Camp on 5 April 1902 for Wentworth. The Concentration Camp Database gives Jemima's name as Jefrunia Harriet Howard.
