Jerry Lee Clark

Jerry Lee Clark, age 76, of Menan, Passed away at his home Tuesday, December 24, 2013. Jerry was born October 17, 1937 in Menan, Idaho a son of Lawrence Leo (Lee) Clark and Belva Delsie Miller Clark. He attended Menan and Rigby schools graduating from Rigby High School. He then attended Ricks College and studied Farm Ag and Carpentry. He married Sharon Gunderson August 28, 1957 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He worked at Ida Best, plastered pools in California and Pennsylvania, drove school bus for School District 251, but most of his life was spent farming and ranching in Idaho. He served on canal boards and was water master for a number of years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and reloading ammunition. He is survived by two daughters, Renae (D.J. Marc Cardinal) Young of Idaho Falls, Susan (Mark) Casper of Kaysville, Utah, three sons Rodney Lee (Sherri) Clark of Menan, Jeremy Aden (Amy) Clark of Idaho Falls, and Brian Chet (Marie) Clark of Cyprus, Texas, two sisters, Glenda (Kent) Merrill of Pocatello, Carolyn (Larry) Lee of Terreton, a brother Robert (Fay) Clark of Menan, 18 grandchildren and 13, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Sharon Gunderson Clark, sister, Marjene Shepherd and one great grandchild Brock Andrew Rhoades. Funeral Services will be held Monday December 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Menan LDS Stake Center 698 N. 3600 E., Menan. The family will visit with friends on Sunday evening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel 101 West Main, Rigby and on Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the Stake Center.
