Funeral Rites Slated Monday For Lehi Woman
LEHI - Funeral services for Mrs. Jetta Cummings Austin, 62, will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Lehi Second LDS Ward by J. Ferrin Gurney, bishop.
Friends may call at Wing Mortuary Sunday evening and at the family home Monday prior to services. Burial will be in Lehi Cemetery.
Mrs. Austin died Thursday at 8:45 a.m. in Lehi hospital after a lingering illness.
She was born April 12, 1891, at Heber, a daughter of John J. and Lenora Duke Cummings. She was married to J. Clifford Austin Jan. 19, 1913, in Provo. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Mrs. Austin had lived in Provo and Salt Lake City for short times. She was a member of Lehi Garden Club, and active in LDS auxiliaries.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Maxine Holendrake, Salt Lake City; four brothers; six sisters, and one grandchild.
