JUDr. Groag Henry , born as Heinrich Groag ( 28 January 1893 , Olomouc - October 10th 1973 , Brno ) was a significant inter-war Jewish lawyer working in Brno. Its probably the most famous client was a pacifist and nonconformist spiritual Pitter . Groag is also known for his friendship with the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein .

Among his close relatives include several other well-known public figures or celebrities. Cousin Jacques Groag was an internationally acclaimed architect and interior designer. Another cousin Emanuel "Emo" Groag was important Moravian industrialist, together, as a skilled cartoonist, caricaturist. Willi Groag, remote Jindřichův nephew, is known for his humanitarian work in the Terezin ghetto during World War II . [1]

During his youth was spent in Olomouc Heinrich Groag one of the key figures of Olomouc circle of young intellectuals who gathered in the room bachelor Paul Engelmann .
