Was born in North Lundby 21 Apr 1697. Having passed through the ranks as a volunteer, armor master, sergeant and driver, he became second lieutenant in Smaland Tremanningsregemente on 25 Jun 1718. He resigned 30 Sep 1719. He was later a resident of Nilserik farm in Vara, where he died 18 Dec 1752. He was married to Anna Christina Gyllenhaal, a daughter of Gudmund Gyllenhaal of Brattensberg and Ribbingsberg.
