Nov. 9, 1818 - personally appeared Peter Keblinger aged 62 years a resident of Brecknock Township, Berks County that he enlisted in the service of the United States in the year 1778 in a company commanded by
Capt. Ceorge Grant for three years, ninth Pennsylvania Regiment, Col. Butler, that he remained with the service aforesaid during the term of his enlistment, that he had received an lionorable Discharge from Col. Butler which is lost. That he about twelve years since received a stroke of Palsey whereby he has lost the use of his left arm. That he has received no pension (under the laws of the U.S.). That he is poor and in reduced circumstances.
