Stephen Payne, son of John and Joane Payn, was born about 1455 at Frittenden, England.[1]

He married Alice[2] probably a daughter of John Webb.[1]

He married Johanne.[1]

Stephen died before 21 Oct. 1505, the date that his will was proved.[1]
