Lieber Randy,

Heinrich Inquart, k. k. Hofrat und Finanzlandesdirektor in Pension, Ritter des Leopold-Ordens, Österr. Ritterstand 20. Februar 1881.

23. Juni 1847 Wien, röm.-kath., ledig, Private [1900: Brünn, Jesuitengasse 25].

1870 lebte Heinrich Inquart in Brünn, Jesuitengasse 23, geb. 1816 Witwer, röm.-kath., k. k. Oberfinanzrat, geb. Böhmisch-Leipa Tochter: Anna, geb. 1847 Wien, ledig.

Soviel auf die Schnelle,

liebe Grüße

Georg

Dear Mr. Schoenberg,

I have looked through the most archival holdings deposited in the 1st Department of the National Archives, but I have not found any information about the Inquart Family. I have asked my college on the 2nd Department of the NA. He has written me, that in the 2nd Departement there is reference to the file in the archivefund „Místodržitelství“ about the „Ritterstand for / Confer a knighthood on“ Heinrich Inquart (Sign. 10/12/6) from the 1881. But this file was unfortunately shreded in the past. So, the only possibility for you is to contact the Allgemeines Verwaltungsarchiv in Wien (Austria). Contact: http://www.oesta.gv.at/site/4984/default.aspx

With best regards,

Petr Mareš
