Will of Michael Bueler

In the name of God Amen I Michael Bueler of the County of Rowan and State of North Carolina being sick and weak in body but in perfect mind and memory blesed be God for it and calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will & Testament in manner and form following, Viz: To resign my soul unto the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body to the earth to be buried after a Christial buriel, nothing doubting I shall receive the same at the genaral resurection by the Mighty power of God, and as tuching such wourldly wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life, I give demise and dispose of in manner and form following

First I give and bequeath unto Margret my dearly beloved wife Two beds and beding spinning wheel and two cows and calfs one bay mare with coalt, two pots her choice, one chest one saddle and bridle, six plates pewter, two water pails, two washing tubs, table, and six knifes and six forks over and above her childs part, and likewise she shall have the use of my dwelling house and milk house.

2nd I give and bequeath unto my son John one hundred and twenty five acres of land Including part of the plantation I now live one, plows and clevises fit for two Horses to work Hkewise one mare coalt two years old, one ax and matock, saddle and bridle, two cows and a yearling and one bible and him after of age to give his mother eight bushels of wheat and the same of corn and fifty weight of pork yearly.

3rd I give unto Elizabeth my daughter one frying pan, one flesh fork, one skimer three knifes and forks.

3rd Eighty acres to the East of this plantation to be sold and my debts and demands to be paid and the remainder of my property to be sold and equally divided among my sons and daughters.

4th Michael and Lewis Bueler my two sons executors of this my last will and testament.

And I do Revoke and disanul all formar wills by me made allowing this to be my last will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal and in the year of our Lord one thousant eight hundred and seven this 10th day of March.
