Johannes "John" Koenreich

"At his residence near Columbiana, on October 9th, John Kenerich; aged 80 years. The deceased was one of the early pioneers of the southwest part of this county, and was for many years a prominent man in county affairs. He lived an honorable upright life, and was recognized by all who knew him as a most worthy citizen. He was one of the original members of the German Lutheran Church on the "Ridge" in Green township, and in that church yard his remains were laid on the 11th inst."

"The second wife of John Koenreich cited in memorial as Lydia A. nee Unknown was given the name Lydia A Green.

She was given the name Lydia A Green, born 1820 adopted or fostered by the Daniel Hisey b 1766 and wife (Barbara Unger). She was a newborn found in a field in Fairfield Twp Columbiana Ohio. She married John Koenreich in 1854 when first wife, Barbara Hisey likley died.

Have not found burials for any of the above named. Lydia A Green Koenreich said to died 1905."
