Biography

John Bryant was born 29 Mar 1677 at Scituate, Plymouth to John Bryant Jr. and Mary (Battelle) Bryant. He married Mary (Battelle) Bryant 2 Jan 1706. 5 of 6 listed children survived to adulthood. He died 1 or 7 Mar 1715/6 still living at Scituate; the death record is nearly illegible.

His inventory was taken on 7 March 1715/16 in Scituate. His widow gave oath to the inventory. The moveable estate was not sufficient to pay his debts.[1]

On 18 June 1716, his widow Deborah was granted a letter of administration.[2]
