Obituary: Forest City News: 7 May 1925 John Gerchman died Sunday at his home on Hudson Street, following an illness of several months. He had been bedfast since Christmas. He was born 1872, Austria. Thirty years ago he came to America and settled in Forest City, PA where he resided till his death. Twenty-seven years ago, he married Anna Zedar who survive him. Hw as affiliated with St Joseph's Church. The funeral was held yesterday and was attended by a large concourse of sympathizing friends. Interment St Joseph's Cemetery.
