In Memorium Camp Mayson Feb. 24, 1910

Our comrades are fast passing away. We are again called upon to mourn the death of one of our members. Bro. J.I Grimsley, who served his country in Co. F. 38th. Miss. Regiment. He was born Sept. 20, 1837; died Feb. 1, 1910, at the age of 73. He was in feeble health for several years, but he was permitted to live beyond his three score and ten. A member of the Baptist church, living a quiet and unassuming life that brought him may friends to mourn his death.
