In the name of God Amen I John Wise Senr of Accomack being weak in body but of Sound mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for it do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following

First I give and bequeath my Soul into the hand of God who give it trusting that through the merits of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ I Shall have Eternal Salvation and for Such worldly Goods as the Goodness of God hath bestowed on one I Dispose thereof in manner following

First I give & bequeath to my Son Thomas Wise one shilling Item I give & bequeath to my Son Matthew Wise one shilling I give & bequeath to my Son Ezekiel Wise one shilling Item I give & bequeath to my Daughter Tabitha Stockly one shilling Item I give & bequeath to my Daughter Drumond Simpson one Shilling Item I give & bequeath to my Loving Wife Abigail Wise my best bed and furniture and one third part of my personal estate to her and her Disposal Item I give and bequeath all my Personal Estate not by me already Given to my aforesaid Children and Wife to my two Sons Johannis Wise and Joseph Wise to be equally divided between them Lastly I do make Constitute and Appoint My loving wife Abigail Wise my whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Revoking and Disallowing all former Wills and Testaments by me Ever before made John Wise Senior
