2nd wife Mary was most likely born in England. When she married Edward Camp, they lived in New Haven until his death. She then returned to Milford, CT and married John Lane on April 4, 1666, and lived there until her death in 1680. "Lane, John, widower of Milford married 4 April 1666 Campe, widow who lived at Chestnut Hill in New Haven Parish by Mr. Treat Majestrat in Milford." (Milford Vital Records)
John Lane died in 1669 and in his will mentioned Mary's children, Samuel, Edward Jr., and Mary. Per families of Ancient New Haven, John Lane had a will dated 10 September 1669, proved Sept. 1669. In it were named sons-in-law Jobamah Gunn, Samuel & Edward Camp; daughter-in-law Mary Camp; wife. Mary;. Isaac Lane; daughter-in-law Mercy Baldwin; brother William. Isaac of Mid, inventory 30 Aug 1711.
Mary Lane died in 1680; Milford Church Records state "Lane, Mary died Feb. 1680".

"JOHN LANE (16__- Sept. 10, 1669) came from Wethersfield to Milford in or before 1640 with his wife Kattareen (?) who died before 1662, for in that year he married Mrs. Mary (_____) Camp (16__-1669), of New Haven, by whom he probably had no children. His daughter Katareen (163_-167_) married Nov. 8, 1653, John Tuttle (1631-1683) of New Haven; their descendants are recorded in the Tuttle Family Book. His son Isaac removed to Middletown."
