Note ===: Note: John MacRae (b. October 31, 1859) came from 33 Back. He was born at 11 p.m. Hewas the fifth of eight children of Donald MacRae (b. November 28, 1825) and Kirsty MacIver (b. 1829). After marrying Mary MacDonald (b. 1859), he moved to a blackhouse which stood at one time in what is now the back yard of the newer structure now at the address of 25 Coll, Isle of Lewis, Scotland, where her family lived. The couple had seven children. John MacRae died at 70 years of age on January 17, 1930.
