His will dated 17 Jan 1739/40 (51) was witnessed by George Wells, John Lamar and Abraham Lee with bequests to brothers Samuel as exector, Thomas, George, James, Jerome, Philimon, Yate, Cager and Bezor and sisters Prisila and Pebee.
