I'm looking for information on the family of George Roebuck & Levinia Bobo. Does anyone have their children? My ancestor Jonathan Phillips b. May 4, 1790 in Union Co., SC, died Knoxville, Greene, AL was supposedly married to Nancy Roebuck, daughter of George. I don't have documentation of this, but I consider it highly likely that Jonathan Phillips married a Roebuck because Capt. George Robuck and Jonathan Phillips were living next door to each other in Spartanburg, SC in 1830, and because of a deed record in Union Co. Deed Book D, 442, 442 wherein George Robuck and Levinia his wife sold John Phillips 444 acres for 120 pounds.By the way I have the complete Revolutionary War pension record for George Robuck.
